Options

There are two options for returning your order:

• Return your order by post to the address below. Please note that you must pay the shipping costs for any return yourself.

• Bring your package back to our central museum shop (Arentshof, Dijver 16). This is free of charge.

Procedure

• Fill in the online return form within 14 calendar days of receiving your package.
• Return the items within 14 days of submitting the online return form or bring it to our central museum shop (Arentshof, Dijver 16). The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
• We will refund the amount to your bank or credit card account within two weeks of receiving the return.

Conditions

• The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as at the time of delivery. We do not accept damaged, used or worn items.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and original labels.
• Magazines or journals cannot be returned.
